Terms & Conditions — Global Motion Supply

1. Commercial Sourcing Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, purchase orders, and sales agreements between Global Motion Supply ("GMS," "we," or "seller") and industrial commercial purchasers ("buyer"). By submitting an RFQ or issuing a Purchase Order, the buyer accepts these terms.

2. Quotations & Validity

Formal quotations issued by Global Motion Supply are valid for 30 calendar days unless explicitly stated otherwise due to raw material or currency volatility. All quotations are subject to stock confirmation and manufacturer price adjustments prior to final PO acceptance.

3. Part Specifications & Drop-In Equivalents

Global Motion Supply sources genuine OEM components and certified functional equivalents. Where a part is obsolete or unavailable within the requested timeframe, our sourcing specialists will propose certified drop-in alternatives for buyer approval prior to order confirmation.

4. Payment & Purchase Orders

Standard commercial terms for approved corporate accounts include Net 30 terms, wire transfer, or credit card payment upon invoice issuance. Custom-engineered or special-order non-standard parts may require an advance deposit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Global Motion Supply acts as an industrial procurement and supply distributor. In no event shall GMS be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or operational downtime damages resulting from delayed shipments or component failure beyond the purchase price of the affected component.
